本文在研究中国水牛鼻唇腺微细胞结构的基础上,应用三例老龄水牛鼻唇腺的材料,通过电镜技术,观察了腺细胞和部分导管的亚微结构。鼻唇腺腺细胞呈锥体形,游离面具短小而稀疏的微绒毛,胞核位近细胞的基底部,明显有内外两层核膜,核仁1~2个,糙面内质网明显,其间夹有长形线粒体。细胞分泌区具明显的高尔基器,并有大量外包界膜的分泌颗粒。分泌颗粒可分三种类型:第一种类型是体积大小不同、电子致密度不等的分泌颗粒,根据其电子致密度的不同可再分为四种类型;第二种类型是体积大小相近、电子致密度近乎一致的分泌颗粒;第三种类型是具有致密心或致密心偏位的分泌颗粒。腺细胞间存在明显的细胞间分泌小管。闰管细胞的特征是含有少量糙面内质网,少量微绒毛,胞质内有十字交叉排列的张力微丝束,细胞侧膜分布有多重桥柱。分泌管细胞存在明暗两种类型,其主要特征是基部质膜大量内褶,与相邻细胞形成指状相嵌,褶内有大量线粒体。

Gland cells have obvious intercellular secretory tubules. Intercalated ductal cells are characterized by a small amount of rough endoplasmic reticulum, a small amount of microvilli, the cytoplasm of cross-arranged tension microfilament bundle, the cell membrane distribution of multiple pillars. There are two types of secretory tube light and shade, its main feature is the base of a large number of plastids within the placenta, adjacent to the formation of finger-like phase of the cell, pleated with a large number of mitochondria.
