高职院校教学部门党员是高校教育教学一线教师群的核心力量,加强此类部门服务型党组织建设有利于促进高职院校长期稳定的发展。本文拟从理论和实践的角度,阐述高职院校教学一线服务型党组织的内涵,总结高职院校教学一线服务型党组织建设的保障条件,研究提出高博软件技术职业学院国际商务系教工第二党支部建设服务型党组织的工作措施。
Party members in the teaching departments of higher vocational colleges are the core force of frontline teacher education in colleges and universities. Strengthening the construction of service party organizations in such departments is conducive to promoting the long-term and stable development of higher vocational colleges. This article intends to expound the connotation of the first-line service-oriented party organizations in higher vocational colleges from the theoretical and practical point of view, summarizes the guarantee conditions for the construction of service-oriented party organizations in the higher vocational colleges, and proposes that the International Business Department of Gaobo Software Technology Vocational College Teachers’ second party branch construction service party organization work measures.
