在森林资源市场化的今天,兼具生态(环保)和经济功能的森林资源如何在营林技术改进上探索出一条新的路子,对充分释放森林资源潜力和促进林业经济持续健康发展有着直接关系。从分析当前林区营林生产中存在的问题入手,探讨了如何采用营林技术来解决营林过程中存在的问题。
In the marketization of forest resources, how to find out a new way of improving forest management technology is how forest resources with ecological (ecological) and economic functions are directly related to the full release of forest resource potential and the sustainable and healthy development of forestry economy . Starting with the analysis of the existing problems in forest management, this paper discusses how to use the forest management techniques to solve the problems existing in the forest management.
