随着煤矿机械化水平的提高,机械设备的维修与管理成为了影响生产的主要因素,机械设备维护和管理是设备管理的一个重要方面,其管理的好坏将直接影响设备的整体经济效益。本文介绍了影响煤矿企业机械设备维修费用的主要因素,提出了从人员观念、技术水平、配件质量、日常检查、保养以及加强技术状态检测等几种方面措施来降低机械设备维修费用。
With the improvement of mine mechanization level, the maintenance and management of mechanical equipment has become the main factor affecting the production. Maintenance and management of mechanical equipment is an important aspect of equipment management. The quality of its management will directly affect the overall economic benefits of the equipment. This paper introduces the main factors affecting the maintenance costs of machinery and equipment in coal mines, and puts forward measures to reduce the maintenance costs of machinery and equipment from several aspects such as the concept of personnel, technical level, quality of spare parts, daily inspection and maintenance, as well as the strengthening of technical condition testing.
