目的 :探讨HB V型低能量碎石机治疗上尿路结石的价值。方法 :收集 1998年 12月～ 1999年 12月共5 11例上尿路结石病例。其中左肾结石 94例 ,右肾结石 12 7例 ;左输尿管结石 15 4例 ,右输尿管结石 13 6例。结果 :肾结石粉碎率 10 0 0 % ,3个月内结石排净率为 84 2 %。输尿管结石粉碎率 10 0 0 % ,1个月内结石排净率 91 4% ,3个月内排净率 98 0 %。结论 :HB V型碎石机治疗上尿路结石成功率高 ,副作用小 ,复打率低 ,治疗的价格合理。
Objective: To investigate the value of HB V low energy lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi. Methods: A total of 511 cases of upper urinary tract stones were collected from December 1998 to December 1999. There were 94 cases of left kidney stones and 127 cases of right kidney stones; 154 cases of left ureteral stones and 136 cases of right ureteral stones. Results: The crushing rate of kidney stones was 100%. The stone removal rate within 3 months was 84 2%. The rate of ureteral calculi was 100%, 91 4% within one month and 98 0% within three months. Conclusion: HB V-type lithotripsy treatment of upper urinary tract stones with high success rate, small side effects, complex batting rate, the treatment of the price is reasonable.
