自我国1979年恢复重建律师职业至今已有近40年的历史,律师行业跟随国家法制建设的进步取得长足发展,最早加入律师队伍的老律师们陆陆续续退出职业舞台,目前接过律师事务所重担、成为业务中坚力量的是中青年律师。根据全国律协的统计,目前我国青年律师人数已经占到全体律师总数的60%以上。弦歌不辍,薪火相传。律师行业该如何传承,青年律师如何将师门发扬光大?笔者认为应当抓住以下三个关键点:
