在全球经济快速发展的前提下,我国的经济也在不断的发展。一个国家经济的发展,它的动力就是来源于经济本身的结构体系,我国自改革开放以来,不断调整经济结构体系,对其进行优化,为我国的经济发展起到了推动作用,使我国的经济发展进入了新常态,在我国经济新常态的背景下,财政政策也逐步成型,并有了新的发展趋势。因为全球经济复苏的过程较为漫长,所以我国的经济发展,仍然存在很大压力,国家要采用积极的财政政策,宏观控制我国经济的发展。
