在石油钻机的使用过程中,井架是其最主要的组成结构,主要的作用就是对钻井工具和钻井过程中产生的负荷进行承载,所以对焊接质量提出了很高的要求。由于井架的长度较长,需要在多个部位进行焊接,工作量较大,所以易产生焊接变形等问题。一旦出现焊接变形,出了井架的外观质量和使用寿命会受到影响之外,还会产生安全隐患。基于这一点,在焊接钻机井架时,如何有效避免焊接变形成为制造质量的主要因素。
