人才是高职院校发展的命脉,高职院校人才队伍的不稳定性,影响到高职院校的可持续发展。基于对当前高职院校人才队伍不稳定的集中体现和主要原因的分析,提出了构建高职院校人才队伍稳定机制的对策。
Talents are the lifeblood of the development of higher vocational colleges, and the instability of the contingent of qualified personnel in higher vocational colleges affects the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the instability of the current contingent of talents in higher vocational colleges and the analysis of the main causes, the countermeasures of constructing the stable mechanism of qualified personnel in higher vocational colleges are put forward.
