我爱我家市场研究中心认为:今年下半年如果市场上没有重大利好,今年全年北京的二手房交易总量应该会在44000套左右,二手房价格将稳中有降,会达到2900元/平方米—3000元/平方米左右。如果今年下半年整体市场因素向好,那么今年全年北京市二手房交易量仍然有望达到50000套,其整体二手房价应该进一步下降,达到2800元/平方米以下。
