国家繁荣,教育为本。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》提出把加强教师队伍建设作为六大保障措施之首,教师队伍质量的提升,其中师德建设处于关键位置。我国是农业大国,农村基础教育质量的好坏与教师是否具备良好的师德息息相关。为了进一步了解农村小学教师师德状况,本调查选取了江西省万年县10所农村小学为调查对象,共发放调查问卷200份,其中教师问卷发放50份,回收之后的有效问卷48份,回收率为96%,发放学生问卷150份,回收有效问卷134份,回收率为89.33%。以期通过对农村小学教师师德现状的分析来发现问题,从而探索解决师德问题的途径,以提升农村小学教师师德水平。
National prosperity, education-based. The National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) proposes that strengthening the building of the teaching staff should be the first of six safeguard measures and the quality of the teaching staff should be improved. Teachers’ morality is at a crucial position. China is a big agricultural country. The quality of basic education in rural areas is closely related to whether teachers have good teachers’ morality. In order to further understand the status of teachers in rural primary schools, this survey selected 10 rural primary schools in Wannian County of Jiangxi Province as survey subjects. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed, including 50 questionnaires for teachers and 48 valid questionnaires for recovery. The rate was 96%, 150 students’ questionnaires were distributed, 134 valid questionnaires were collected, and the recovery rate was 89.33%. Through the analysis of the status quo of rural primary school teachers’ morality, we can find the way to solve the problem of teacher’s morality so as to improve the level of teacher’s morality in rural primary schools.
