铝及铝合金中矽之含量较少,它的定量如用重量法来测定,是比较困难的,不易测得准确数值,而且在分析操作中耗费时间也较长,往往需时10—12小时之久方能得出结果,不适合於炉前分析。因此进行了比色方法之试验,实验结果较重量法为佳,同时也大大缩短了操作时间。该法现已被编入我厂分析规程,列为正式分析方法之一,在配合生产方面已起了它应有的作用。我们认为此方法确比过去所有铝中矽之分析方法为佳,因而向大家介绍,但在方法与操作手续上难免有不当之处,希望化学工作者提出意见,加以指正,使该分析方法得以进一步改进,是为本人发表之目的。本法理论根据根据矽酸在适当酸度溶液
