目的:建立兔眼翼状胬肉模型。方法:切除颞上象限LSCs+1.25%盐酸点眼刺激以建立兔眼翼状胬肉模型,每周观察角膜上皮缺损、结膜充血、新生组织生长情况。于第14周末取LSCs缺损的角膜缘标本(实验组)及同眼对侧角膜缘标本(对照组),共8个标本,行HE染色分析。结果:兔眼翼状胬肉模型未造成功,观察14周未见角膜缘新生组织,仅2眼穹窿结膜处少许增生。HE染色示:实验组角膜缘处上皮不平整、细胞大量增生,基底层组织疏松,有炎细胞;而对照组角膜缘结构几乎完整。结论:翼状胬肉模型失败有2种解释:首先翼状胬肉发病机制复杂,仅切除角膜缘+慢性盐酸刺激可能不足以导致翼状胬肉的发生;其次切除角膜缘+慢性盐酸刺激可以导致翼状胬肉的发生,而本实验所得结果为假阴性。翼状胬肉动物模型尚不成熟,待进一步探索研究。
Objective: To establish a rabbit eye pterygium model. Methods: The rabbit model of pterygium was established by excising the upper quadrant quadrant LSCs + 1.25% HCl eye spot. The corneal epithelial defects, conjunctival hyperemia, and neonatal tissue growth were observed weekly. At the end of the 14th week, 8 specimens of corneal limbal defects (experimental group) and contralateral corneal limbus (control group) were collected for HE staining. Results: The rabbit pterygium model did not make any success. No limbal neovascularization was observed in 14 weeks, but only a few hyperplasia of the fornix conjunctiva was observed. HE staining showed that the corneal epithelium in the experimental group was not smooth, the cells proliferated, the basal layer was loose and there were inflammatory cells, but the limbal structure in the control group was almost intact. CONCLUSIONS: There are two explanations for the failure of the pterygium model. Firstly, the pathogenesis of pterygium is complex. Only the limbus + chronic hydrochloric acid stimulation may not be enough to cause the occurrence of pterygium. Second, limbal removal + chronic hydrochloric acid stimulation can lead to pterygium The occurrence of meat, and the results of this experiment was false negative. Pterygium animal model is not yet mature, pending further exploration and research.
