目的建立近红外透射光谱法(NIR)快速鉴定医疗事故及医疗纠纷中易发生不良反应的静脉滴注类涉案药品。方法采集合作医疗机构中常用的3个注射用头孢类抗生素品种的近红外透射光谱,充分利用各品种整体的差异,采用近红外透射结合判别分析法建立头孢类抗生素静脉滴注分析模型。结果所建模型能分类鉴别不同品种的头孢类抗生素静脉滴注样本,分类结果与实际所属一致。结论 NIR能快速鉴定药品中所含成分,从而能为事故及纠纷提供有价值的参考信息,有助于医疗单位及执法部门对事故和纠纷做出最快的解决方案,有利于缓解医患关系,为群众安全用药提供有效的保障。
Objective To establish near-infrared transmission spectroscopy (NIR) to rapidly identify intravenous drip-related drugs that are likely to cause adverse reactions in medical accidents and medical disputes. Methods Near infrared transmission spectra of three kinds of cephalosporins for injection used in cooperative medical institutions were collected. Taking full advantage of the differences among the varieties, the model of intravenous infusion of cephalosporins was established by near infrared transmission and discriminant analysis. Results The model can be divided into different categories of cephalosporins identification of intravenous infusion samples, the classification results consistent with the actual subordinates. Conclusion NIR can quickly identify the ingredients contained in medicines, which can provide valuable reference information for accidents and disputes, and help medical units and law enforcement agencies to find the quickest solution to accidents and disputes, and help to ease the relationship between doctors and patients , For the safety of the people to provide effective protection.
