轻型防爆胶轮车作业的煤矿井下,运行环境恶劣,巷道路面崎岖不平,巷道内多粉尘和煤泥,常有积水,并含有瓦斯,要求轻型防爆胶轮车辆使用的制动器除需满足一定的制动力外,还必须具有防爆、防水、抗污染和稳定可靠的性能。在符合《矿用防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车通用技术条件》的要求和一定的假设条件下,重点介绍了整车制动能力,以及防爆胶轮车制动器的设计计算方法和步骤。
