抽油杆柱断脱是螺杆泵采油最棘手的问题之一。为此, 就螺杆泵采油时油管柱弯曲对抽油杆柱的影响做了分析。通过分析, 给出了油管柱轴向压力与弯曲变形计算式, 着重讨论了油管柱弯曲对抽油杆柱的弯曲角度、弯曲产生的附加弯矩和附加应力的影响。认为螺杆泵正常工作以后, 因温度的影响, 油管的弯曲增加, 抽油杆柱产生与油管相同的弯曲。最后对某油田的某一螺杆泵井作了实例计算。
Sucker rod break off is one of the most difficult problems in the screw pump. For this reason, the effect of the tubing string bending on the sucker rod column when the screw pump is produced is analyzed. Through the analysis, the calculation formulas of the axial pressure and bending deformation of the tubing string are given. The bending angle of the tubing string, the additional bending moment and the additional stress caused by the bending are mainly discussed. After the normal operation of the screw pump, the bending of the oil pipe is increased due to the influence of temperature, and the sucker rod generates the same bending as the oil pipe. Finally, a certain example of a screw pump wells were calculated.
