本文分析了8位中国健康男性血清咪达唑仑浓度-脑电效应的定量关系,采用12—30Hz之间的每秒总波数(TNW_(12—30))作为脑电效应指标。由药物动力学-药效学软件所计算的药效学参数为:T_2~1_(keo)=1.3±0.9min~(-1),EC_(50)=254±54μg·L~(-1),N=2.9±0.6。实验证明了由脑电分析得出的参数TNW_(12—30)可用于浓度-效应关系的研究。
This paper analyzes the quantitative relationship between serum midazolam concentration and EEG effects in 8 Chinese healthy men. The total wave number per second (TNW 12-30) between 12-30 Hz is used as an EEG index. The pharmacodynamic parameters calculated by the pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic software were as follows: T 2 -1 keo = 1.3 ± 0.9 min -1, EC 50 = 254 ± 54 μg · L -1, , N = 2.9 ± 0.6. Experiments show that the parameter TNW 12-30 obtained by EEG analysis can be used to study the concentration-response relationship.
