教师职业道德要求我们要面向全体学生,把关心、爱护、转化差生作为教师工作的一项重要内容。经验告诉我,要教育差生,爱是前提,但爱必须从严。若只强调爱这个手段,而忽视了严的要求,那么我们的爱就失去了意义。为此,对差生的教育要把握好教育的尺度,才能有效地促进差生的转化。我校是一所职业技术学校,学生来源是重点中学层层筛选后剩下的学生,基础普遍较差,学习困难生较多。如何面对现实,有效地促进差生的转化,浅谈几点看法。一、加强学困生心理素质培养,激发
