改革开放以来,我国非公有制企业迅速发展。非公有制企业的勃兴,使党建工作面临四个方面的难点问题:建立组织难;发展党员难;开展活动难;发挥作用难。针对上述难点,加强非公有制企业党建工作,就要从四个方面来突破:实行分类指导,采取多种形式,不断加快党组织的组建步伐;加强思想教育,积极培养对象,努力扩大党员队伍;拓宽筹资渠道,改进活动方式,灵活开展党组织活动;建立保障机制,找准结合点,充分发挥党组织的政治核心作用。
Since the reform and opening up, the non-public-owned enterprises in our country have developed rapidly. The booming of non-public-owned enterprises makes the work of party building confronted with four difficult problems: the difficulty of establishing organizations; the difficulty of developing party members; the difficulty of carrying out activities; and the difficulty of playing a role. In view of the above difficulties, to strengthen party building in non-public-owned enterprises, we must make breakthroughs in four aspects: implementing classified guidance, adopting various forms and continuously accelerating the pace of the formation of party organizations; strengthening ideological education, actively training students and expanding party members; We should broaden the channels for raising funds, improve the ways of activities, and flexibly carry out the activities of the party organizations. We should establish a guarantee mechanism, identify the combination points and give full play to the political core role of the party organizations.
