聚氨酯涂膜防水材料,是北京市建筑工程研究所研制,国营北京市三原建筑粘合材料厂生产的防水材料。它为我们建筑行业在结构造型复杂的地下工程的施工增添了新品种,弥补了纸胎石油沥青油毡在地下工程施工粘铺不便、易脆裂的不足。我们施工的沙沟电信局工地两栋塔楼,地下室为全人防地下室,埋置深度为7米,竣工后,地下室将常期作为办公或旅馆使用,设计要求全外包防水做法,防水等级为B8。经设计人员、建设单位精心选择几种防水材料,最后采用了聚氨酯防水涂膜做法。
