班主任不仅是学生知识、技能以及情感态度价值观的获得与提高的促进者,还是班级凝聚力形成的主要力量,班级管理工作涉及班主任、科任老师、学生、以及家长等方面。班主任必须采取有效方法促进班级得到有效管理。鉴于班主任在班级有效管理中的重要作用,作为新时期下的初中班主任,必须注重日常工作经验的总结与反思,本文从班主任的管理工作出发,并探讨了班主任为加强班级管理工作需要提升自身素质的相关措施。
The head teacher is not only the promoter of the acquisition and improvement of students’ knowledge, skills, and values of affective attitudes, but also the main force formed by class cohesion. The class management involves class teachers, teacher teachers, students, and parents. The head teacher must take effective measures to promote effective management of the class. In view of the important role of the head teacher in the effective management of the class, as the junior high school class teacher under the new period, we must pay attention to the summary and reflection of the daily work experience.
