PPP模式有望成为经济新动力。本文对PPP模式的发起,PPP模式的运作,PPP模式对项目资产、风险管理,PPP模式延伸出来的财政问题进行了分析,最后提炼PPP模式中财政局财政职能实现及角色转变。
PPP mode is expected to become a new impetus to the economy. This paper analyzes the financial problems that arise from the initiation of PPP mode, the operation of PPP mode and the extension of PPP model from the perspective of project assets, risk management and PPP mode. Finally, the paper realizes the realization of financial functions and the role change of Finance Bureau in PPP mode.
