上海山海工学团团长潘冷云从青年时代起就喜欢做梦。1937年,他高中毕业。从小目睹家乡连年水患,他曾与父亲的华洋义赈会一起参加救灾。饿殍遍地、浊水千里的惨状,使他夜夜做噩梦。他报考武汉大学土木工程系,梦想将来去扼住水龙的咽喉。
Pan Haiyun, head of Shanghai Shanhai Engineering School, likes to dream since his youth. In 1937, he graduated from high school. He had witnessed a flood in his hometown since his childhood. He had participated in disaster relief with his father’s China International Famine Relief Commission. Hungry all over the world, muddy water thousands of miles of miserable, so that he nightmares nightmares. He enrolled in Wuhan University Department of Civil Engineering, dreams to strangle the water dragon’s throat in the future.
