目的探讨并分析胰腺癌患者围手术期护理干预的方法及效果。方法选取我院2014年2月至2015年12月接收的胰腺癌患者58例作为本次研究对象,所有患者均给予围手术期的护理干预,观察其效果。结果 58例患者经围手术期护理干预,手术均顺利完成,手术成功率为100.0%;术后无1例发生感染、压疮或便秘等并发症状,并发症发生率为0;且全部康复出院,出院率为100.0%。结论对胰腺癌患者实施细致的围手术期护理干预,可有效提高患者康复出院效率和手术成功率,降低并发症发生率,护理效果显著,增强患者的生存质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the method and effect of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods Fifty-eight patients with pancreatic cancer who received in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were given perioperative nursing intervention and the effect was observed. Results Fifty-eight patients underwent perioperative nursing intervention and the operation was successfully completed. The successful rate was 100.0%. No postoperative complications such as infection, pressure ulcers or constipation were found, and the complication rate was 0. All the patients were discharged from hospital , The discharge rate was 100.0%. Conclusion The careful perioperative nursing intervention for patients with pancreatic cancer can effectively improve the discharge efficiency and surgical success rate of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, the nursing effect is significant, and enhance the quality of life of patients, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
