为了解山楂糖葫芦的卫生状况,我们于1988年1~2月份在日照市对其进行了卫生学调查。共调查12家加工经营户,产品中都使用人工合成的食用色素—胭脂红,使用过量超过卫生标准规定用量的9~15倍。
In order to understand the hygienic condition of hawthorn hyacinth, we conducted a hygiene survey in Rizhao from January to February 1988.
