建立碳糊电极(CPE)阳极吸附伏安法测定水产品中孔雀石绿的方法。用石墨粉-液体石蜡(4∶1)制备CPE,在NH3?H2O-NH4Cl缓冲溶液(p H=8.60)缓冲液中,孔雀石绿在0.85V(vs.Ag-Ag Cl)附近产生一灵敏的吸附氧化峰。结果表明:孔雀石绿浓度在8.0×10-6~3.0×10-4mol?L-1范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,r为0.9995,检出限为2.07×10-7mol?L-1,应用该法测定鱼肉中的孔雀石绿平均回收率为94.94%。该法简便快捷、经济实用,可应用于实际样品的快速检测。
Determination of Malachite Green in Aquatic Products by Anodic Adsorptive Voltammetry with Carbon Paste Electrode. CPEs were prepared from graphite powder-liquid paraffin (4: 1) and the malachite green produced a sensitive near 0.85 V (vs. Ag-Ag Cl) in a buffer solution of NH3-H2O-NH4Cl (p H = 8.60) Of the adsorption oxidation peak. The results showed that the malachite green concentration had a good linear relationship with the peak current in the range of 8.0 × 10-6 ~ 3.0 × 10-4mol? L-1, with r of 0.9995 and the detection limit of 2.07 × 10-7mol L- 1, The average recovery rate of malachite green in this method was 94.94%. The method is simple and fast, economical and practical, can be applied to the rapid detection of real samples.
