本文就新的食品卫生监督体制建立过程中应注意的几个问题进行了阐述,认为卫生行政部门应依法履行监督职责,充分发挥原有监督队伍和人员的作用,注意避免“不到位”或过分“收权”、“取利”现象出现;卫生防疫机构要转变观念、转换角色,增强法制观念,树立行政执法意识,防止“自己说了算”或与卫生行政部门“争权”现象发生;卫生监督队伍内部应理顺关系,明确职责范围,确保监督工作政令畅通;监督监测应适当分离,使执法工作符合公正、合法之要求;食品卫生应与其他卫生监督工作适当综合,充分利用监督资源,提高整体监督效能。
