本文着重阐述涡流室燃烧室主要结构参数的变化,对涡流强度、油气混合和节流效应的影响。选择适当的结构参数可提高柴油机的综合性能。新的涡流室在X105系列柴油机上试验证明,可获得低油耗率、低污染,较高的平均有效压力和较好的高速性能,解决了X105Z柴油机低增压的问题,达到或超过某些X105系列原设计指标。它具有良好的工艺性和易于组织生产等特点,为X105系列柴油机扩大变型提供了新途径。
This article focuses on the changes in the main structural parameters of the vortex chamber combustion chamber, the impact on the vortex strength, oil-gas mixing and throttling effects. Select the appropriate structural parameters can improve the overall performance of diesel engine.
