在水稻培体育种中沿用的花药培养基,成分复杂,包括大量元素、微量元素、有机生长物质、刺激素等二十多种化学药品。有些药品来源少,价格昂贵,不易获得。一九七五年以来,我们分别用马铃薯、椰乳、稻穗汁、玉米浆等代替培养基中的微量元素、有机生长物质和刺激素,制作简化培养基,进行试验,都获得较好的效果。尤其是玉米浆简化培养基,来源广,取材和配制都简单方便。
