侵袭性垂体腺瘤是一类特殊的垂体腺瘤,可向周围组织侵犯,危害性大,但发病机制未明。目前已证实垂体腺瘤是由单克隆发生的,可能由原始干细胞基因突变导致细胞增殖引起,即可能与抑癌基因的突变密切相关。因此,对侵袭性垂体腺瘤相关抑癌基因的研究至关重要,为在分子生物学层面研究垂体腺瘤侵袭性机制提供科学依据。
Invasive pituitary adenoma is a special type of pituitary adenoma, which can be violated to the surrounding tissues, with great harm, but the pathogenesis is unknown. It has been confirmed that pituitary adenomas occur by monoclonal, may be caused by the original stem cell gene mutation caused by cell proliferation, which may be closely related to tumor suppressor gene mutations. Therefore, the study of tumor suppressor genes related to invasive pituitary adenoma is of great importance, which provides a scientific basis for studying the invasive mechanism of pituitary adenoma in molecular biology.
