篇章一融合的颜色在融合的过程中,选择合作伙伴最重要的标准是什么?柳传志(联想控股有限公司董事长):上世纪90年代初期以后,外国大型PC企业全部进入中国,当时联想还相对弱小。联想和他们对阵,打胜了那一仗。2000年以后,戴尔从美国打到欧洲,所向披靡。之后到了中国,联想跟它又打了三年,打不过。后来,我们反复研究行业规律,才战胜了它。这说明,联想对PC行业的规律有了一定深度的认识。所以,联想会把这种认识作为走出去的基础。
Liu Chuanzhi (chairman of Lenovo Holdings Limited): After the early 90s of last century, foreign large-scale PC enterprises all entered China, when Lenovo was still relatively Weak. Lenovo fought against them and won that battle. After 2000, Dell hit the United States to Europe, invincible. After arriving in China, Lenovo hit another three years with it and beat it. Later, we repeatedly studied the laws of the profession before we overcame it. This shows that Lenovo has a certain depth of understanding of the laws of the PC industry. Therefore, Lenovo will this understanding as the basis for going out.
