目的研究刺老苞根皮黄酮对大鼠胫骨骨折模型骨质变化影响。方法 6周龄SD(雌雄各半)大鼠随机分5组,每组10只;刺老苞根皮黄酮高、中、低剂量组(30、20、10 mg/kg)和对照组、模型组,连续灌胃28 d,分别于灌胃第4、7、14、21、28 d进行骨代谢相关参数(碱性磷酸转移酶、骨钙素、羟脯氨酸以及总胶原蛋白)测定。结果与对照组比较,模型组骨碱性磷酸转移酶(245.7±20.9)U/L、骨钙素(3.12±1.10)U/L、羟脯氨酸(8.69±1.81)μg/mL含量均降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,高剂量刺老苞根皮黄酮组骨折28d骨碱性磷酸转移酶活性(292.3±23.2)U/L、骨钙素(3.88±1.15)U/L、羟脯氨酸(14.01±3.01)μg/mL含量均升高(P<0.01)。结论刺老苞根皮黄酮可以改善大鼠胫骨骨折骨代谢状况,有利骨折愈合修复。
Objective To study the effect of Eupolyphaga brachii flavonoids on the bone quality of tibia fracture model in rats. Methods Six-week-old SD male and female rats were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 10, n = 10) The rats in each group were given gavage for 28 days. The parameters related to bone metabolism (alkaline phosphatransferase, osteocalcin, hydroxyproline and total collagen) were measured on the 4th, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th days after gavage. Results Compared with the control group, the content of bone alkaline phosphatransferase (245.7 ± 20.9) U / L, osteocalcin (3.12 ± 1.10) U / L and hydroxyproline (8.69 ± 1.81) μg / (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the bone alkaline phosphatransferase activity (292.3 ± 23.2 U / L, osteocalcin (3.88 ± 1.15) U / L, Hydroxyproline (14.01 ± 3.01) μg / mL were increased (P <0.01). Conclusion Eupolyphaga brachii flavonoids can improve the bone metabolism of tibial fractures in rats, which is beneficial to fracture healing.
