中国戏曲舞台艺术的绝技表演可谓精彩绝伦丰富多彩。广为人知的戏曲绝技有变脸、藏刀、吐火、吹火、耍牙、手绢功、扇子功、帽翅功、甩发功、翎子功、踩跷功等。戏曲绝技表演的艺术渊源,应与秦汉时期的百戏表演一脉相承。戏曲绝技表演应有三点审美特质,即以奇为美、以绝为美、以情为美。绝技表演在当下戏曲舞台上并不常见,主要原因有两点:一是演员的功力不够,传承和创新精神不足;二是编导不够重视戏曲绝技表演创造手段。因此,政府要大力弘扬戏曲绝技艺术,戏曲界也要自觉地传承戏曲绝技艺术,通过各种手段支持戏曲绝技艺术的革新和发展。
