一、目前基本情况:新城铺镇地处正定县东北缘,距省会石家庄30公里。全镇面积36平方公里,辖14个自然村,耕地面积3.6万亩,人口3.2万。107国道、京深高速公路穿越我镇,民航机场建在本镇境内。全镇现有镇村集体企业38家,个体私营企业832家,形成以食品、建材、机械制造、化工、服装、造纸、木材加工等行业为主的工业发展格局。96年全镇实现工业产值1.7亿元,利税1988万元。二、近期规划:根据我镇交通发达,基础设施较完备的特点,抓住机遇,突出特点,依托机场,建设若干各具不同功能的小区,逐步将我镇建成省会的卫星城镇。我镇初步规划,利用10—15年时间建成:自镇政府以西的环机场路南工业小区和以石油勘探三处为中心的沿107国道工业小区;自镇政府以东至北辛庄村公路两侧2公里长的商品一条街及贸易市场和沿机场路两侧的商品批发交易城;自机场路以北、环机场路以西的仓储区。
First, the current basic situation: Metro Town is located in the northeast edge Zhengding County, 30 kilometers away from the provincial capital Shijiazhuang. The town covers an area of 36 square kilometers, administer 14 natural villages, 36000 acres of arable land, population32000. 107 National Road, Beijing-Shenzhen Expressway through my town, Civil Aviation Airport built in the town territory. The town has 38 township and village collective enterprises and 832 individual and private-owned enterprises, forming an industrial development pattern dominated by food, building materials, machinery manufacturing, chemicals, clothing, papermaking and wood processing industries. In 1996, the town realized an industrial output value of 170 million yuan and a profit tax of 19.8 million yuan. Second, the recent planning: According to our town traffic developed, more complete infrastructure features, seize the opportunity to highlight the characteristics, relying on the airport, building a number of different functions of the district, and gradually the town into the capital of the satellite town. My town preliminary planning, the use of 10-15 years to build: from the town government around the airport South Road industrial zone and to oil exploration three as the center along the 107 National Road industrial district; from the town government to North Xinzhuang Village Road two 2 km long side of the product street and the trade market and along the Airport Road on both sides of the wholesale goods trading city; north of Airport Road, Central Airport Road, west of the storage area.
