流动儿童是生活在城市中的弱势群体,社区介入是援助流动儿童的重要方式。社区图书馆作为社区文化知识核心可以对流动儿童给予关爱,实施心理和知识援助,天津市西青区图书馆采取了一系列行之有效的措施,将流动儿童援助工作作为一个系统工程,在制度、人员、社会机构、措施等各方面给予支持,使流动儿童的文化生活更加丰富,对社会的发展和进步起到了推动作用。
Migrant children are the disadvantaged groups living in urban areas. Community involvement is an important way to aid migrant children. As the core of community culture knowledge, community library can give care to migrant children and implement psychological and knowledge assistance. Tianjin Xiqing District Library has taken a series of effective measures to make migrant children’s work as a systematic project. In the system , Personnel, social institutions and measures to make the migrant children’s cultural life richer, which has played a catalytic role in the development and progress of society.
