作者对老年肺癌患者进行了围手术期的血气指标的观察，对31例（占53．44％）出现水后低氧血症的患者进行了动脉血气分析。结果发现：全部患者术后4天PO2均低于术前，以第一天数值最低，第二天开始回升。通过分析作者提出了预防措施，从而促进老年患者顺利康复。
The authors observed perioperative blood gas parameters in elderly patients with lung cancer, and performed arterial blood gas analysis in 31 patients (53.44%) with post-water hypoxemia. The results showed that: PO2 in all patients was lower than preoperative 4 days after surgery, with the lowest value on the first day and the second day. Through the analysis of the authors put forward preventive measures to promote the smooth recovery of elderly patients.
