制备了阿奇霉素树脂口服混悬液来掩盖苦味,并进行了质量评价。药物与离子交换树脂IRP64结合形成药物树脂复合物,再加入适量助悬剂制成混悬液。所得阿奇霉素树脂复合物为不规则颗粒,X射线衍射和差示扫描量热分析结果表明,阿奇霉素和树脂以化学键形式结合。所得载药口服混悬液为假塑形流体,体外溶出行为良好,且口感较好。
An azithromycin resin oral suspension was prepared to mask the bitter taste and the quality was evaluated. The drug and the ion exchange resin IRP64 combine to form a drug-resin complex, and then an appropriate amount of a suspending agent is added to make a suspension. The obtained azithromycin resin complex was irregular particles. The results of X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry showed that the azithromycin and the resin were bound by the chemical bond. The resulting drug-loaded oral suspension is a pseudoplastic fluid that acts well in vitro and has a good mouthfeel.
