目的探讨不同前列腺特异抗原(PSA)水平组的前列腺组织中血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)的表达有无差异,VEGF-C与PSA、前列腺体积等有无相关性等,为目前临床上常用的PSA分组方法提供依据或提出新的见解。方法收集本院2011年6月至2013年6月住院的前列腺增生症(BPH)患者150例,术前测定血清PSA值,根据总PSA(tPSA)及PSA比值(f/tPSA)分为5组,术后获取前列腺组织,用免疫组化法检测VEGF-C的表达情况。结果在全部组织中,VEGF-C阴性、弱阳性、阳性表达率分别为17.3%、55.3%和27.4%。各PSA组间表达差异有显著性意义,其表达水平与年龄无关,与前列腺体积、血清总PSA及PSA密度呈正相关。结论 VEGF-C可促进前列腺组织增生,从而促进血清PSA分泌,前列腺组织中VEGF-C的表达可作为预测前列腺术后复发及恶变几率的指标之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C), VEGF-C, PSA and prostate volume in prostate tissue with different prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels. Commonly used methods of PSA groupings provide the basis or suggest new insights. Methods 150 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) admitted to our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were enrolled in this study. Serum PSA was measured preoperatively and divided into 5 groups according to total PSA (tPSA) and PSA ratio (f / tPSA) Prostate tissues were obtained after operation, and the expression of VEGF-C was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results In all tissues, VEGF-C negative and weakly positive were 17.3%, 55.3% and 27.4% respectively. The expression of PSA in each group was significantly different, the expression level has nothing to do with the age, and prostate volume, serum total PSA and PSA density was positively correlated. Conclusion VEGF-C can promote the proliferation of prostate tissue and promote the secretion of serum PSA. The expression of VEGF-C in prostate tissue can be used as one of the indexes to predict the recurrence and malignant transformation of prostate.
