略论《科学引文索引》的不足与弥补措施

文章对Science Citation Index(SCI)被引文献数量较高的著者中存在的大量“同名同姓而非同一著者”的现象进行了查证,分析了产生的原因,并提出鉴识方法与弥补措施。

This paper examines a large number of “homonymous surnames rather than the same author” among the authors of the cited papers in the Science Citation Index (SCI), analyzes the causes and proposes methods of identification and remedies.
