高纯铝由于其优良的性能在电子行业得到了广泛的应用,铝的提纯技术是高纯铝发展的关键。本文利用自制的提纯设备对定向凝固生产的高纯铝进行组织与成分的分析,在轴向上依次选取10个位置作为组织与成分的测量点,得出在凝固过程的初期和末期杂质元素的含量比较高,而且晶粒比较细小,晶粒的大小与试样的纯度呈一定的相关性。为保证试样的纯度并提高提纯效率,在实际生产过程中应切除含杂质较多的部分。
