以40个品系(品种)为试材,用方差分析法估测了8个性状的遗传变异、相关及选择效果等遗传参数。初步结果为:(1)分离世代育种材料的含糖率及褐斑病性状宜在早代从严选择,块根产量和产糖量早代不宜苛求,由于含糖率的变异度小,宜扩大选择群体;(2)褐斑病病情、块根产量和含糖率与产糖量的相关极为密切(rp58=-0.943、rp68=0.761、rp78=0.587),含糖率与褐斑病病情的相关也极密切(rp57=-0.694),块根产量与含糖率呈微弱负相关(rP78=-0.051);(6)产糖量主要构成因素的通径分析:根产量和含糖率的直接影响效应大(P6y=0.8075、P7y=0.5483),褐斑病通过含糖率的间接影响效应较大(r57·P7y=-0.5023),其他性状的影响效应均较小;(4)任一性状对产糖量的相关选择不如目前育种上采用的直接选择经济有效;(5)产糖量的综合选择效率可提高7—13%,其中间Ⅰ⑨和Ⅰ⑩的性状组合较好。Ⅰ⑨=0.0046x1-1.4776X3-0.0847X4-1.0000X5+0.048lX6+0.4755X7-0.1864X8Ⅰ⑩=-1.0000X5+0.0522X6+0.5641X7-0.2001X8
With 40 lines (varieties) as tested materials, variance analysis was used to estimate the genetic parameters of 8 traits, such as genetic variation, correlation and selection effect. The preliminary results were as follows: (1) The sugar content and brown leaf spot character of the segregating breeding materials should be selected strictly in the early generation, and the tuber yield and the sugar yield should not be harsh in the early generation. Due to the small variation of the sugar content, (Rp58 = -0.943, rp68 = 0.761, rp78 = 0.587). The correlation between the sugar content and brown spot disease was closely related to brown spot disease, tuber yield and sugar content. (Rp57 = -0.694). There was a weak negative correlation between root yield and sugar content (rP78 = -0.051). (6) Path analysis of the main components of sugar content: the direct effect of root yield and sugar content (P6y = 0.8075, P7y = 0.5483), brown spot caused by the indirect effects of sugar content greater effect (r57 · P7y = -0.5023), the impact of other traits are small; (4) (5) The comprehensive selection efficiency of sugar content can be increased by 7-13%, and the combination of traits Ⅰ ⑨ and Ⅰ ⑩ among them is better.
