肌脂率与女子赛艇运动员专项能力的相关性未被研究过。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和实验法,对北京女子赛艇队18名优秀赛艇运动员进行测试,探索肌脂率对女子赛艇运动员专项能力的相关性,结果表明肌脂率与测功仪500 m、测功仪2 000 m、水上2 000 m、水上8 000 m等赛艇专项能力成显著负相关;与平均拉桨功率成显著正相关;肌脂率通过影响赛艇运动员的拉桨功率、技术动作、源动力和有氧能力而影响专项能力。
The correlation between myo-fat rate and the specific ability of female rowers has not been studied. Using the methods of literature review, expert interview and experiment, 18 elite rowing athletes from Beijing women’s rowing team were tested to explore the correlation between the rate of myocyte fat and the specific ability of female rowers. The results showed that the ratio of muscle fat 500 m, dynamometer 2000 m, water 2000 m, water 8 000 m and other rowing ability was significantly negative correlation; and the average pull-up power was significantly positively correlated; muscle fat rate by affecting the rowing athlete’s pull Paddle power, technical maneuvers, source motivation, and aerobic capacity affect specific abilities.
