采用S-4800场发射扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、金相显微镜等仪器对钢板表面线状缺陷的形成原因进行分析与探讨。结果表明:铸坯划伤、夹杂、铸坯裂纹是引起钢板表面线状缺陷的主要原因。铸坯裂纹与铸坯划伤引起的钢板线状缺陷往往在缺陷处可观测到一薄层高温氧化铁,附近分布着大量细小高温氧化圆点,且有脱碳迹象,而夹杂引起的线状缺陷可在缺陷处检测到保护渣特征元素Na和K。为减少钢板表面线状缺陷,针对相关原因提出了相应的改进措施,对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。
S-4800 field emission scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectrometer, optical microscope and other instruments were used to analyze and discuss the formation of linear defects on the steel surface. The results show that the main causes of the linear defects on the surface of steel sheet are the scratches and inclusions of slab and the cracks of slab. Slab cracks and slab caused by linear scratches line defects often can be observed in the defects of a thin layer of high temperature iron oxide, near the distribution of a large number of small high temperature oxidation dots, and signs of decarburization, and inclusions caused by linear Defects Mold flux characteristic elements Na and K can be detected at defects. In order to reduce the linear defects on the surface of the steel sheet, corresponding improvement measures are put forward according to the relevant reasons, which is of guiding significance to practical production.
