创新思维的本质在于对原有思维方式的超越 ,阻碍思维创新的主要因素既有来自主体思维方式内部的传统观念和思维定势 ,也有来自之外的体制和文化方面的因素 ,要克服这些阻碍因素 ,实现主体的创新潜能 ,必须做到四条 :一要有反思传统的自觉性 ,要有怀疑批判精神 ;二要克服胆怯心理 ,要正确对待探索中的失败 ;三要学习和掌握创新思维的知识、原理和方法 ;四要努力创设有利于创新的民主、宽松的环境
