以云烟87为材料,在盐源4个不同海拔烟区(1 600、1 800、2 000、2 400 m)进行烤烟大田栽培,研究了四川凉山烟区海拔对烤烟主要化学成分及中性致香物质的影响。结果表明,烟区海拔对烤烟主要化学成分及中性致香物质有明显影响,随海拔的升高,烟叶烟碱、总氮、苯丙氨酸类降解产物、棕色化反应产物、西柏烷类降解产物、中性致香物质总量等先升高后下降,其中烟碱、总氮、苯丙氨酸类降解产物、棕色化反应产物、中性致香物质总量的峰值出现在海拔2 000 m烟区,西柏烷类降解产物峰值出现在海拔1 800 m烟区;烟叶还原糖、总糖先下降后升高,最低点出现在海拔2 000 m烟区。

The content of reducing sugars and total sugar decreased firstly and then increased while the lowest appeared at 2 000 m altitude.
