溃变纤维选择性银染法自五十年代问世以来,一直为神经解剖学家作为神经束路追踪技术所广泛采用。这是因为应用此法能很好地分辨出溃变纤维和溃变终末,对于追踪那些起始神经元位置表浅且分布广泛的传导束有其独特的优点。然而,方法的较难驾驭促使人们对方法不断改进。1969年De Olmos首次报道了这个被认为是敏感、可靠的铜银法。我们对大鼠、兔锥体束的研究中,成功地采用铜银法追踪皮质脊髓束的投射,结果表明这是一个较为理想的方法。鉴于国内对这一技术尚无报道,现将此技术方法及我们的经验体会介绍如下。
The degenerative fiber-selective silver staining method has been widely used by neuroanatomists as neural tracing techniques since its introduction in the 1950s. This is because the use of this method can be very good to distinguish between the collapse of the fiber and the terminal degranulation for tracking those superficial and broad distribution of the initiating neurons have their own unique advantages. However, the dilemma of methods has led to continuous improvement of methods. In 1969 De Olmos reported for the first time what was considered to be a sensitive and reliable copper and silver method. In our study of rat and rabbit pyramidal tract, we succeeded in tracking the projection of corticospinal tract by Cu-Ag method. The results show that this method is an ideal method. In view of the lack of coverage of this technology in China, the technical method and experience of our experience are introduced below.
