近年来,中科院各种不同类型的研究所在“一院两种运行机制”指导下,面临着新的选择,建立了相应的运行机制和管理方法。我们所针对生物学研究的特点,找到了一条“狠抓国家攻关和院重大任务,稳定基础性研究;扩大国际合作,培养年青队伍”的途径,摸索出了基础性研究与应用研究结合,“课题滚课题,课题带课题,课题带开发,开发带课题”的好方法。
