传统农区实现农业现代化的主要障碍是：（一）农业在市场经济中处于弱势地位；（二）农户生产经营规模小及传统思想意识的制约；（三）农业科技、教育滞后；（四）区位经济条件障碍。因此，要采取（一）实行区域性生产规模经营；（二）加快推广现代农业技术；（三）逐步推进土地规模经营；（四建造农业工程。并要解决好农业市场、农村科技服务体系，对农民教育和培训、加强农业投入等问题。
The main obstacles to the modernization of agriculture in traditional agricultural areas are: (1) the weak position of agriculture in the market economy; (2) the small scale of production and operation of farmers and the constraints of traditional ideology; (3) the backward agricultural science and technology and education; (4) Location economic conditions obstacles. Therefore, we should take the following measures: (1) To implement the operation of regional scale of production; (2) To speed up the promotion of modern agricultural technologies; (3) To gradually promote the scale operation of land; (4) To build agricultural projects; and to solve the agricultural market and rural science and technology service system, Education and training of peasants, and strengthening of agricultural input.
