建筑工程由好几方的人员共同参与,从招投标阶段,到设计规划阶段,再到工程开工,在工程建设的整个过程中,影响工程施工质量的因素涉及方方面面,林林总总,其中施工阶段是将工程设计图纸付诸于行动的过程,这一阶段对工程质量的控制与管理一定程度上决定了整个工程的质量。因此,企业除了要建立有效的质量管理与控制体系,还需要配备一系列的分析质量问题和研究问题的方法,才能够找准问题所在,对症下药,从而有效解决施工中的质量问题,保证工程质量达标。本文就建筑施工中质量问题的分析方法,从判断施工质量是否存在问题,到问题的产生原因,再到整理原因,到最后控制效果,依次提出了控制图,因果分析图,排列图,和直方图,并结合具体事例加以说明。
