国家“七五”科技攻关分专题项目“自扫描光电二极管列阵”90年9月21日在重庆大学通过鉴定。 自扫描光电二极管列阵,是一种新型的半导体固体图象传感器。该传感器是将光电二极管线阵、转换开关及扫描电路集成于同一硅片上构成,属于高技术产品。这类传感器可广泛用于工业自动控制中,作尺寸、位置、形状、表面缺陷等在线不接触检测,光学文字符号、图象识别,光谱能量检测,传真,摄像等应用。国防上可在导航、目标跟踪、空中侦察、卫星图片处理等方面应用。
National “Seventh Five-Year” scientific and technological project sub-topic “self-scanning photodiode array” September 21, 90 in Chongqing University passed the appraisal. Self-scanning photodiode array, is a new type of semiconductor solid-state image sensor. The sensor is composed of a photodiode linear array, a switch and a scanning circuit integrated on the same silicon wafer, which belongs to a high-tech product. Such sensors can be widely used in industrial automation, for size, location, shape, surface defects and other online non-contact detection, optical text symbols, image recognition, spectral energy detection, fax, camera and other applications. Defense can be used in navigation, target tracking, aerial reconnaissance, satellite image processing and so on.
